I believe in living in the present. By that I mean accepting the past and learning from it. It also means being happy now. There is alot to be happy about. I don’t want to fall into the habit of feeling like I will be happy ‘when’ I am at my goal weight, I have financial security, I am in love with a wonderful man I can truly trust, I am out of debt and so on. I am happy in the present. This does not mean I don’t have goals.
